About the Role

The Contract & Compliance Specialist will strengthen legal, compliance, and contract governance across the MEA region. The role focuses on end-to-end contract lifecycle management (customers, partners, NDAs), regional compliance adherence, and close coordination with the PRO function to support documentation and statutory processes. Success requires strong attention to detail, structured working habits, emotional intelligence, and the ability to work effectively across cultures and stakeholder styles.

Job Responsibilities

  • Draft, review, maintain customer contracts, partner agreements, and NDAs, ensuring alignment with internal commercial and legal standards.
  • Track contract status, renewals, and expiry timelines to ensure continuity and risk mitigation.
  • Prepare contract summaries, risk assessments, and recommendations to support negotiations and decision-making.
  • Maintain accurate and organized digital contract archives for the MEA region.
  • Support regional adherence to legal, compliance, and data protection guidelines.
  • Provide coordination support to the PRO function, including preparation of forms, letters, and supporting documents.
  • Assist in processing visas, employment documentation, and statutory requirements in collaboration with HR & PRO.
  • Engage cross-functional teams with adaptable communication styles (including visual guidance where required).
  • Demonstrate cultural awareness and maintain a respectful, supportive approach in a diverse team environment.

Core Competencies:

  • Experience in contract administration, legal coordination, compliance, or similar roles.
  • Exposure to PRO processes or administrative workflows is an advantage.
  • Strong organizational skills with a structured, methodical working style.
  • High emotional intelligence, maturity, and ability to stay composed under pressure.
  • Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building across teams.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Arabic and English (additional languages are a plus).
