Technical Business Analyst

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Technical Business Analyst to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between business stakeholders and technical teams by analyzing business requirements, recommending technology solutions, and ensuring successful project delivery. This role requires strong analytical, communication, and technical skills, along with experience working on complex projects and ERP systems.

Skills and Experience Requirements:

• Minimum 3+ years of relevant experience in a similar role.
• Prior experience working with ERP systems.
• Experience handling large-scale or complex projects.
• Strong knowledge of programming concepts, databases, system architecture, and Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• Ability to analyze business processes and data to identify requirements and propose effective solutions.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills to articulate technical concepts to non technical stakeholders.
• Critical thinking ability with a solution-oriented mindset.

Role and Responsibilities:

• Analyze complex business problems and recommend technical solutions to improve processes and systems.
• Work closely with stakeholders to understand business needs and gather detailed technical and functional requirements.
• Possess a strong understanding of IT infrastructure, software development, and system architecture to bridge business and technical teams.
• Prepare detailed documentation, including technical specifications, use cases, process flows, and data models.
• Collaborate with IT teams to design and implement technical solutions aligned with business requirements.
• Assist in project planning, execution, and monitoring to ensure timely and successful delivery.
• Support testing efforts by defining test cases and validating solutions to ensure they meet business and technical expectations.
• Act as the key liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure clear communication.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Information Technology.
• Accredited qualification in Management Consultancy (preferred)
