Chief Engineer - Lithium Metallurgy (Mandarin Speaking)

Company: A global leading listed enterprise in new energy battery materials and non-ferrous metal smelting

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead R&D in Lithium metallurgy, delivering high-quality research outcomes from both professional and economic perspectives.
• Focus on lithium ore processing, lithium extraction, and application technologies.
• Interface with other technical disciplines and lead the engineering transformation of R&D outcomes in lithium and non-ferrous metal ore fields.
• Manage and follow the entire R&D lifecycle of the relevant fields.

Requirements:

• Ph.D. in Metallurgy, Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, or a related field.
• Strong background in Lithium metallurgy (hydrometallurgical or pyrometallurgical routes).
• Overseas Chinese or Chinese nationals with 3+ years of full-time overseas work experience in developed countries.
• Must be available to relocate to China and onboard within 3 months.
