岗位职责:

1.协助领导与各部门的沟通衔接,进行工作指令的传达及跟踪反馈;

2.协助领导处理日常工作事务,包括日程、会议、接待和资料管理等工作;

3.协助领导处理对外联络事宜,接待来访贵宾;

4.处理总经理交办的其他日常事务,高效完成各项临时性工作任务。

5.领导交办的其他事项。

任职资格:

1.本科及以上学历,英语/日语相关、商务管理、国际贸易等相关专业优先;

2.3年以上工作经验,优秀的沟通表达、组织协调能力,善于处理复杂事务与突发情况,具备良好的问题解决能力;

3.精通中英日语,具备母语级或商务级的听说读写译能力;

4.熟悉日本文化、商务礼仪、风俗习惯者优先。

We are looking for non-Chinese nationals with native or business-level Chinese (Mandarin) to join our Tokyo office as Executive Assistant to the General Manager. This role requires a highly organized professional who can bridge communication between the GM, internal teams, and external partners in a fast-paced, cross-cultural environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate internal communication and follow up on work directives across departments
  • Manage daily schedules, meetings, reception of VIP guests, and document organization
  • Handle external liaison and assist with executive-level ad-hoc tasks
  • Ensure smooth execution of all temporary assignments with efficiency and discretion

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or above; preference for majors in English/Japanese, Business Administration, International Trade, or related fields
  • 3+ years of work experience with strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills
  • Must be fluent in Chinese (Mandarin), English, and Japanese (business or native level in all three – speaking, reading, writing, and translation)
  • Knowledge of Japanese culture, business etiquette, and customs is a plus
