Business Development Specialist – Guild & Streamer Partnerships

We are a fast-growing social entertainment platform expanding aggressively in the Japan market. To accelerate our live streaming & voice chat business, we are looking for an experienced BD Specialist to recruit, onboard, and grow guilds and streamers across Japan.

What you'll do:

• Identify, recruit, and nurture agency/guild partners to increase streamer base and revenue
• Convert potential users (e.g., active streamers, community leaders, even housewives or part-time workers) into successful guild operators through training & incentives
• Collaborate with internal teams to design local growth strategies (traffic support, reward systems, etc.)
• Track and analyze performance data (activity, revenue, retention) and drive continuous improvement

What you bring:

• 3+ years of BD or operations experience in Japanese live streaming, voice chat, or social platforms (e.g., TikTok, Bigo, 17, Pococha, Pokekara)
• Existing network of female streamers, guilds, agencies, or user communities (housewives, side-job seekers, etc.) – strong plus
• Self-starter with strong negotiation and execution skills – from prospecting to closing
• Business fluent Japanese + working proficiency in English or Chinese
• Results-driven, resilient, and comfortable with remote work

We offer:

• Annual salary: ¥4M–¥8M (higher for exceptional candidates from major platforms like TikTok/Bigo)
