We are a well-established OEM/ODM manufacturer with over 20 years of experience serving premium clients across Europe and North America in the consumer electronics, health & wellness, and lifestyle products sectors.

With multiple production sites and a new 70,000㎡ smart manufacturing facility launching in 2025 (ISO 13485 certified, dust-free workshops), the company is entering a new phase of global expansion. We are now seeking an International Business Development Manager to accelerate growth in European and North American markets.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and develop new business opportunities in Europe & North America through market research, trend analysis, and competitor benchmarking

Independently develop new clients via B2B platforms, social media, international exhibitions, and direct outreach

Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients

Conduct market segmentation and customer profiling based on region, consumer behavior, and product positioning

Propose localized and differentiated strategies, including customized solutions and market-specific product positioning

Prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales reports, including client prioritization and performance analysis

Participate in client visits, business negotiations, overseas travel, and international trade shows

Collaborate closely with internal sales, R&D, and management teams to achieve revenue targets

Represent JIMEITE professionally and consistently in all internal and external communications

Requirements

Education: Bachelors degree or above (Business, International Trade, Marketing, or related fields preferred)

Experience:

5+ years in consumer electronics / electronic beauty / small home appliances / medical-related industries

At least 3 years of market development or overseas sales experience

Hands-on foreign trade experience in China is required

Language:

Fluent English (business negotiation level)

Chinese proficiency (listening, speaking, reading, writing)

Strong skills in international trade, contract negotiation, risk assessment, and market analysis

Proven ability to independently develop and manage overseas clients

Strong execution, resilience under pressure, and fast response to customer needs

High cultural adaptability and strong alignment with Chinese business culture
