Role Overview

We are hiring an Overseas Sales Manager to take full ownership of project-based sales across Latin America. This role is highly autonomous and responsible for managing the entire sales lifecycle, from opportunity development to contract execution, while building long-term strategic customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities

Full-cycle project sales execution: independently manage lead generation, customer needs analysis, solution design, bidding, negotiation, and contract signing

Key account management: maintain and expand 3–5 strategic customer relationships, ensuring long-term cooperation and regional growth

Internal coordination: work closely with technical, solution, and commercial teams to develop competitive and tailored project proposals

Market intelligence: collect and report customer insights, market trends, and competitive dynamics to support regional sales strategy

Regional ownership: act as the primary commercial owner for assigned Latin American markets with strong accountability

Candidate Profile

Proven experience in international / overseas B2B sales, preferably in renewable energy, solar PV, power electronics, or industrial equipment

Strong background in project-based sales with long sales cycles

Hands-on experience with tenders, bidding processes, and complex negotiations

Comfortable working independently in a remote environment

Strong communication and stakeholder management skills across cultures

Fluent Spanish required; working English required

Currently based in South America, with flexibility to travel regionally
