Business Development Manager / Director CDMO

Department: Global CDMO & API Business Development

Location: Home-based in UK or Ireland

Type: Full-time | Remote

Responsibilities:

Lead CDMO business development in the UK and Ireland markets.

Identify and engage biotech and pharmaceutical companies for partnership opportunities.

Execute market strategies to expand Huahais CDMO presence.

Understand client R&D and manufacturing outsourcing needs.

Collaborate with global Product Management, Marketing, and R&D teams.

Build long-term relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

Proven experience in CDMO business development or pharma outsourcing sales.

Strong client network in the UK / Ireland pharmaceutical industry.

Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Technical or scientific background preferred (Chemistry, Pharmacy, Life Sciences).
