Are you a polymer expert with strong technical background and a passion for solving customer challenges? We are looking for a Polymer Technical Support Specialist to join our global team, focusing on after-sales service for overseas clients in the fluorochemical industry.

About the role

You will be the key technical bridge between our company and international customers, providing professional support for fluoropolymer products, handling quality complaints, and driving product improvements based on market feedback.

Key responsibilities

  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for overseas customers on polymer products
  • Manage quality complaints from foreign clients – coordinate internal analysis and follow up on corrective actions
  • Deliver on-site or remote technical diagnosis and solutions
  • Collect customer insights and collaborate with R&D team on product optimization

What we are looking for

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Polymer Materials, Chemistry, or a related field
  • Foreign nationals preferred; experience in multinational companies is a plus
  • Fluent English – direct communication with global clients is essential
  • Proven experience in technical support or after-sales service; willingness to travel frequently
