Product Engineer

This candidate will be responsible for interpreting customer requirements and ensuring effective communication and execution of those requirements throughout the manufacturing process. The role will start with a 2-year assignment in China, followed by a permanent position at our Malaysia facility.

Responsibilities

• Receive and interpret customer drawings and technical documents

• Convert external requirements into internal documents for sampling, evaluation, and quotation

• Design production process flows and create SOPs for manufacturing

• Prepare and maintain APQP-related documents and support project reviews

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve production issues

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Mechanical, Electrical, or Manufacturing Engineering

• 2+ years of relevant experience in product or process engineering

• Strong understanding of manufacturing documentation and procedures

• Problem-solving mindset with good communication skills
