Job Brief

Atlantis Consulting is partnering with a leading Philippine enterprise group to appoint a Vice President, Enterprise Information Technology (VP IT). This newly created leadership role will oversee end-to-end IT operations, infrastructure, and digital transformation across multiple business units and shared service entities.

The VP IT will manage 4 departments with 12 team members, ensuring technology supports business growth and customer experience while driving large-scale transformation initiatives. With a roadmap to transition core systems to enterprise-based platforms, this role requires a strong leader who can scale IT across multiple entities and enable innovation at enterprise level.

This position reports to the Group Head of IT and President and works closely with senior leadership, including the Group CEO.

Responsibilities

Strategic IT Leadership

• Define and execute the IT vision aligned with enterprise-wide business strategy.
• Lead transformation programs that scale operations and improve customer and employee experience.
• Drive adoption of emerging technologies, ensuring alignment with organizational priorities.

Infrastructure & Operations Management

• Oversee enterprise IT platforms, infrastructure, and systems integration across multiple business units.
• Ensure reliability, scalability, and cybersecurity of mission-critical systems.
• Lead the planned transition to Oracle platforms and modernization of legacy systems.

Governance & Risk Management

• Establish IT governance, compliance standards, and cybersecurity frameworks across the enterprise.
• Maintain operational discipline while enabling digital agility and transformation.
• Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and industry best practices.

Team Leadership & Collaboration

• Manage 4 departments with 12 IT professionals, fostering high performance and innovation.
• Mentor and develop IT leaders to support organizational growth.
• Collaborate with HR, line managers, and senior executives to align IT delivery with business objectives.

Vendor & Budget Oversight

• Lead vendor selection, contract negotiations, and SLA management.
• Optimize IT budgets while scaling technology investments across business units.

Requirements

• 12-15+ years of progressive IT leadership experience in enterprise-scale organizations (IT Services, IT consulting, hospitality, retail, shared services, financial services, or related industries).
• Proven success in managing IT infrastructure, enterprise platforms, and large-scale transformations.
• Strong expertise in IT governance, cybersecurity, and systems modernization.
• Experience leading IT operations across multiple entities and sites.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and executive stakeholder management skills.
• Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (Masters degree preferred).
• Relevant certifications (ITIL, PMP, CISM, Oracle, or similar) are a strong advantage.
