As a Product Sales Officer, youll help identify and develop new business opportunities, lead product research and implementation, and work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure product success. The role involves significant collaboration, negotiation, and leadership across departments to deliver solutions that align with the banks strategic goals.
Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities by conducting research and feasibility studies on potential products and services.
- Collaborate with various departments to design, document, and implement essential product processes and procedures.
- Drive the launch and promotion of new products and services to ensure successful market introduction.
- Take the lead in coordinating and negotiating product-related initiatives across multiple internal teams.
- Carry out other tasks and projects as may be assigned to support overall business objectives.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Business, Economics, Finance, or related field.
- At least 4 years of experience in product development, product management, or sales within banking or financial services.
- Strong communication, coordination, and negotiation skills.
- Analytical mindset and ability to translate research into actionable business strategies.
- Proactive and collaborative team player comfortable working in a global organization.
