Job Brief

A prestigious international bank is seeking a proactive and entrepreneurial Relationship Manager for Wealth Management to lead the acquisition and growth of its High Net Worth Individual (HNWI) client base. This role is ideal for a hunter-type banker with strong sales acumen, deep market networks, and a passion for building new client relationships while delivering world-class wealth management and investment solutions.

The Relationship Manager will be at the forefront of driving client acquisition and portfolio expansion for the Wealth Management division. The role involves identifying and onboarding new HNWI clients, building deep relationships, and providing holistic investment and financial solutions that align with their long-term goals. Success in this position requires a balance of strategic sales execution, exceptional relationship management, and a deep understanding of global wealth management practices.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a client acquisition strategy targeting High Net Worth Individuals (HNWIs) to expand the banks Wealth Management portfolio.
  • Act as a hunter and business developer, identifying, prospecting, and converting new clients into long-term relationships.
  • Conduct in-depth financial profiling to understand client goals, risk appetite, and investment needs, and provide tailored wealth solutions.
  • Deliver comprehensive investment advice across a wide range of financial products and asset classes.
  • Collaborate with product specialists, investment advisors, and internal partners to structure and deliver integrated financial solutions.
  • Drive revenue growth through effective cross-selling and portfolio optimization.
  • Keep abreast of market trends, global investment opportunities, and regulatory changes to offer clients timely and informed recommendations.
  • Ensure all client interactions uphold the banks values of trust, transparency, and excellence in service.
Requirements
  • Bachelors degree or completion of a four- or five-year course in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Mathematics, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of relevant experience in Wealth Management, Private Banking, or Relationship Management with a strong focus on business acquisition and sales.
  • Proven ability to build and manage relationships with High Net Worth clients, supported by a solid understanding of their unique financial needs.
  • Strong knowledge of financial markets, investment products, and wealth management principles.
  • Demonstrated success in prospecting and converting new clients within the wealth or private banking segment.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence sophisticated clients.
  • Highly self-motivated, results-driven, and strategic, with a strong sense of accountability and commercial mindset.
