They are committed to financial excellence and strategic growth, and we are seeking a highly accomplished Financial Controller with a Big 4 background to lead the finance team and drive performance at scale.

The ideal candidate will be at least a Director level in a Big 4 firm, with proven experience managing teams and leading complex financial engagements. Prior exposure to large conglomerates or diversified groups is highly preferred. As Financial Controller, you will not only oversee all financial operations and regulatory compliance, but also guide system integration, risk management, and strategic decision-making across the group. Your leadership will be pivotal in safeguarding financial health and positioning the company for long-term success.

Responsibilities
  • Lead and oversee complex financial operations, providing direction on financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting to support strategic business goals.
  • Drive the implementation and integration of financial systems across multiple business units, ensuring seamless efficiency and process improvement.
  • Ensure full compliance with local and international accounting standards, tax regulations, and corporate governance requirements.
  • Develop and enforce financial policies, internal controls, and enterprise-wide risk management strategies.
  • Provide senior management with strategic financial insights and recommendations to drive profitability and growth.
  • Manage cash flow, investment planning, and corporate finance strategies including M&A and restructuring.
  • Lead and mentor the finance team, fostering a culture of excellence, accountability, and continuous improvement.
Requirements
  • Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA required).
  • At least 10 years of experience, with 5+ years in a leadership role at a Big 4 firm, Director level or higher.
  • Strong experience managing teams and delivering complex financial engagements, ideally with conglomerate or diversified group clients.
  • Deep knowledge of Philippine financial regulations, taxation, and accounting standards.
  • Proven track record in financial strategy, corporate finance, risk management, and system implementation.
  • Proficiency in ERP systems and financial software.
  • Excellent leadership, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Ability to perform in a fast-paced, dynamic business environment.
