As a Financial Controller, you will drive the successful implementation of a new financial system across the conglomerates diverse business units, ensuring seamless integration and operational efficiency. You will oversee all financial operations, enforce regulatory compliance, and provide strategic financial insights to fuel business growth. Your leadership will be critical in financial planning, risk management, and corporate governance, safeguarding the company's financial health and positioning it for long-term success.

Responsibilities

• Drive the successful integration of a financial system or lead a major system rollout, ensuring seamless transition and efficiency improvements
• Oversee financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting to support strategic decision-making
• Ensure compliance with local and international accounting standards, tax regulations, and corporate governance requirements
• Develop and implement financial policies, internal controls, and risk management strategies
• Provide financial insights and recommendations to senior management for business growth and profitability
• Manage cash flow, investment planning, and financial risk assessment
• Lead financial strategies for mergers, acquisitions, and corporate restructuring

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (CPA is a must).
• Proven expertise in managing financial system integration or a major system implementation
• At least 10 years of experience in finance, accounting, or a related role, with 5+ years in a leadership position.
• Strong knowledge of Philippine financial regulations, taxation, and accounting standards.
• Experience in financial strategy, risk management, and corporate finance.
• Proficiency in financial software and ERP systems.
• Excellent leadership, analytical, and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic business environment.
