Job Brief

We are looking for a hands-on Senior Accountant to join a dynamic finance team that thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. This role is ideal for a seasoned finance professional who enjoys taking ownership of end-to-end accounting processes and has the resilience to manage a demanding workload with precision. The position offers a valuable opportunity to work across multiple facets of accounting from operational tasks to complex financial consolidation and audit management while mentoring junior team members and contributing to the company's financial excellence.

Responsibilities
  • Maintain a full set of accounts, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.
  • Execute month-end closing activities and account reconciliations.
  • Issue customer invoices and process supplier payments in a timely manner.
  • Handle bank reconciliations and post accounting entries using Oracle.
  • Maintain inter-company global transaction records and ensure balances are accurately reconciled in the books.
  • Manage financial documents and support audits in collaboration with internal and external auditors.
  • Prepare monthly and annual consolidated financial statements, along with supporting schedules and disclosure notes for the Group.
  • Serve as a mentor to junior team members, promoting a collaborative and high-performance culture.
Requirements
  • Singaporean or Singapore PR a MUST.
  • Degree in Accountancy or equivalent professional certification (e.g., CPA, ACCA).
  • At least 5 years of relevant experience, including time at a Big 4 auditing firm and in commercial accounting within a dynamic, fast-paced organization both are must-have.
  • Strong grasp of International and Local Accounting Standards specifically IFRS and US GAAP.
  • Proficient in MS Excel (including financial formulas, pivot tables).
  • Familiarity with Oracle Cloud Financials is a plus.
  • Highly articulate, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Highly analytical, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently or within a team under tight deadlines.
  • Dependable, has a sound and proactive approach to problem-solving.
