Our client is a fast growing Personal Care & Home Products Provider that empowers independent sellers and distributors to bring its products directly to customers is providing high-quality, innovative, and eco-conscious solutions while fostering entrepreneurship and financial growth opportunities for its network of sales partners.

Our client is looking for an experienced Operations Head that will oversee their Malaysia business operations. This role requires a strategic leader with a strong background in operational management, customer service excellence, and efficiency optimization in the consumer goods industry.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage day-to-day business operations, ensuring efficiency, compliance, and alignment with organizational goals.
  • Oversee and enhance customer service operations to deliver a seamless and exceptional experience for customers and dealers.
  • Strengthen relationships with dealers to drive engagement, productivity, and long-term partnerships.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to align operational strategies with business objectives and market needs.
  • Oversee order fulfillment, inventory management, and logistics to maintain optimal service levels.
  • Ensure adherence to regulatory standards and company policies across all operations.
  • Drive continuous process improvements to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve service quality.
  • Develop and implement initiatives to boost customer satisfaction, loyalty, and overall service performance.
  • Utilize data-driven insights to optimize workflows, decision-making, and operational strategies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to promote operational excellence and support business growth.

Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
  • At least 10 years of leadership experience in operations management, preferably within the Direct-to-Consumer (DTC), consumer goods or related industry.
  • Proven track record in leading customer service functions and driving operational improvements.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to evolving business needs.
  • Proficiency in operational tools, CRM systems, and performance analytics.
