With a commitment to financial excellence and strategic growth, we are seeking a highly skilled Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) Head to drive our financial strategy and decision-making processes.

As the Financial Planning and Analysis Head, you will be responsible for driving the company's financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and strategic analysis. You will collaborate closely with senior leadership to provide insights that will shape business decisions, optimize performance, and support sustainable growth.

Responsibilities

• Lead the financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes across all business units.
• Provide strategic financial insights and recommendations to executive leadership.
• Develop financial models to evaluate business performance, investments, and expansion strategies.
• Monitor key financial and operational performance indicators, identifying trends and opportunities.
• Collaborate with business unit leaders to enhance financial transparency and accountability.
• Implement and optimize financial reporting systems, tools, and processes.
• Assess financial risks and develop proactive mitigation strategies.
• Support mergers, acquisitions, and corporate restructuring initiatives with financial insights.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (CPA is a must, CFA, or MBA preferred).
• 10+ years of experience in financial planning, analysis, or corporate finance, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of financial modeling, data analytics, and strategic financial planning.
• Experience in complex, multi-industry financial environments, preferably within a conglomerate.
• Proficiency in financial software, ERP systems, and business intelligence tools.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic business landscape
