Job Brief

Our client is a leading FMCG, Direct Selling, and D2C company committed to delivering high-quality consumer products. They are looking for an experienced Marketing Director to take full ownership of their product categories, driving brand growth and strategic execution.

This is a hands-on role offering the opportunity to fully immerse in brand strategy, consumer insights, P&L management, and marketing innovation while working cross-functionally to achieve sustainable business growth.


Responsibilities

  • Lead consumer insights efforts to inform product positioning, messaging, and marketing strategies.
  • Develop and execute brand strategies that enhance market position and drive brand equity.
  • Oversee category profitability, manage P&L, and implement initiatives to optimize revenue and margins.
  • Design and execute go-to-market strategies in collaboration with product development and sales teams.
  • Develop and manage digital and traditional marketing campaigns, ensuring impactful execution and performance measurement.
  • Drive marketing innovation and advertising strategies to enhance brand awareness and engagement.
  • Monitor industry trends, competitive activity, and market dynamics to identify opportunities and threats.


Requirements

  • Proven experience in consumer insights, brand management, P&L management, and campaign development within the FMCG, Direct Selling, and D2C industries.
  • Strong analytical and financial acumen, with a track record of driving business outcomes.
  • Expertise in developing and executing digital and traditional marketing campaigns.
  • Strategic thinker with a creative mindset and the ability to craft compelling brand narratives.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and project management skills.
  • Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in marketing tools and analytics platforms.
