Job Brief

We are looking for a Finance & Administration Manager to join a fast-growing and well-respected food service business based in Makati. This leadership role is pivotal in driving financial health, ensuring operational efficiency, and supporting the company's continued growth.

As Finance & Administration Manager, you will be at the helm of all financial and administrative functions managing budgets, overseeing compliance, preparing strategic reports, and guiding the team through scalable processes. This role is ideal for a hands-on leader with strong financial acumen and a track record in the food service industry.

Responsibilities
  • Oversee day-to-day finance and administrative operations.
  • Maintain and manage accounting systems (e.g., Sage, QuickBooks).
  • Prepare financial reports (income statements, balance sheets, cash flows) and forecasts.
  • Monitor and analyze revenue, expenses, and cash flow to guide strategic decisions.
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
  • Supervise and mentor administrative and finance support teams.
  • Manage disbursements and ensure accuracy of all payment processes.
  • Improve internal controls, systems, and procedures to support business expansion.
  • Maintain organized records and documentation for audits and reporting.
  • Identify opportunities for cost efficiency and increased profitability.
Requirements
  • Bachelors degree in Finance, Accountancy, Economics, or a related field.
  • At least 3 years finance supervisory experience in the HORECA industry, food service or F&B industry.
  • Strong financial planning, accounting and analytical skills.
  • Proficient in Sage, QuickBooks, or similar accounting software.
  • High attention to detail, with strong organizational and negotiation abilities.
