Our bank client is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Premier Wealth Solutions Group Head to lead and expand its High Net Worth Individual (HNWI) division nationwide. As the key executive managing Premier Wealth Solutions, this individual will develop and execute strategies to acquire new clients, deepen relationships, and enhance the overall customer experience. Responsibilities

  • Oversee and lead a nationwide Premier Wealth Solutions team, ensuring alignment with business goals and fostering a high-performance culture
  • Develop and implement a strategic roadmap to expand the HNWI client base and maximize revenue opportunities
  • Ensure the delivery of tailored financial solutions that align with clients wealth goals and risk profiles
  • Drive client acquisition, relationship deepening, and cross-selling initiatives to enhance business growth
  • Represent the bank in key client engagements, investor briefings, and high-level business development activities
  • Ensure full compliance with regulatory, risk, and internal control standards across all Premier Wealth Solutions operations
  • Build and strengthen partnerships with internal stakeholders and product providers to deliver a comprehensive suite of wealth solutions

Requirements

  • Extensive leadership experience in managing nationwide teams, with a strong focus on performance management and talent development
  • Proven expertise in wealth management, private banking, or high-value relationship management
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to develop and execute financial strategies that drive revenue and client growth
  • Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills, particularly in engaging HNWI clients and executive leadership
