Job Brief
Our client, a global FinTech leader in digital payments and financial connectivity, is seeking a Senior Salesforce Administrator to join their growing operations in Manila. This vital role will be responsible for optimizing and maintaining a high-performing Salesforce environment to support cross-functional teams including Sales, Finance, and Marketing. The successful candidate will bring technical expertise, strategic thinking, and hands-on implementation experience to improve business insights and operational efficiency through Salesforce.
Responsibilities
Salesforce Administration & Optimization
- Maintain and improve the Salesforce Sales Cloud platform, optimizing user access, permission sets, and data structures.
- Conduct ongoing org health checks to ensure system efficiency, compliance, and scalability.
- Create documentation and oversee change management processes in accordance with governance best practices.
Cross-Functional Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement
- Act as the primary liaison with internal departments (Sales, Finance, Marketing) to assess business needs and develop effective Salesforce solutions.
- Lead business process analysis sessions to identify opportunities for automation and system improvements.
Data Management & Reporting
- Drive accuracy and integrity in data through process definition and user training.
- Support sales forecasting, pipeline analysis, and other performance metrics by building actionable reports and dashboards.
- Deliver user-friendly training materials and lead sessions for internal teams to maximize adoption.
Project Management & Integration
- Support Salesforce-related projects including third-party system integrations and enhancements.
- Identify and resolve system risks, manage support tickets, and recommend scalable solutions aligned with business goals.
- Contribute to agile development cycles when applicable.
Requirements
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in Salesforce Administration roles
- Salesforce Administrator Certification required
- Advanced configuration knowledge of Sales Cloud including Flow Builder, role hierarchies, and automation tools
- Proven experience in Salesforce optimization, maintenance, and post-implementation support
- Strong understanding of Salesforce integration with third-party tools
- Experience creating and managing dashboards and reports for leadership use
- Strong problem-solving and stakeholder management skills
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Information Technology, or any related field
- Salesforce App Builder Certification is a plus
