Job Overview
Our client, a high-growth FinTech and IT Services firm, is looking for a Key Account Manager to lead and grow strategic relationships within the Banking and Financial Services sector. The company offers cutting-edge SaaS and AI-powered digital solutions, supporting enterprise-level digital transformation across APAC and emerging markets.
This role is ideal for senior sales professionals with a proven track record in enterprise tech sales, especially those with deep networks in banks, digital lenders, and financial institutions. The right candidate will combine strategic account management with new business development to expand footprint and drive revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
Client Relationship & Growth Strategy
- Manage and expand key accounts in the BFSI sector, focusing on long-term partnerships and revenue growth.
- Engage with C-level executives and key decision-makers to understand client goals and tailor solutions accordingly.
- Identify new opportunities within existing accounts and work on targeted prospecting in priority segments.
Sales Execution & GTM Leadership
- Lead the full sales cycle from prospecting and discovery to deal negotiation and closing.
- Create tailored value propositions, proposals, and presentations that address client needs and industry trends.
- Develop market strategies aligned with company goals and coordinate with cross-functional teams on execution.
Pipeline & Revenue Management
- Maintain a healthy sales pipeline through account planning, strategic prospecting, and proactive client engagement.
- Provide regular forecasting, progress updates, and business insights to senior leadership.
- Collaborate with pre-sales, product, and delivery teams to ensure client success and solution alignment.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Masters degree in Business, Technology, or a related field.
- 5-10 years of experience in enterprise sales or key account management, ideally in SaaS, Tech Solutions, System Integration, or FinTech.
- Solid track record of selling to or managing relationships within banks and financial institutions.
- Strong consultative selling skills, with the ability to align business value with technical solutions.
- Self-driven, target-oriented, and capable of thriving in a dynamic, high-growth environment.
- Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills.
