Job Brief

Our client, a fast-growing FinTech IT Services & Consulting company, is looking for a strategic and results-driven Head of Sales to lead its Philippines sales division. This leader will drive revenue growth across enterprise accounts in the Banking and Financial Services sector, manage a team of Business Development Managers, and shape go-to-market strategy in a competitive, high-growth landscape.

This role requires deep expertise in enterprise tech sales ideally from FinTech, SaaS, credit bureau, eKYC, or banking services backgroundsand a proven track record of selling into financial institutions across the region.


Responsibilities

Leadership & Strategy

  • Lead and mentor a team of Business Development Managers across AI Solutions and eKYC/Credit Bureau verticals.
  • Develop and execute territory-wide sales strategies aligned with regional goals.
  • Provide regular performance reviews, coaching, and pipeline forecasting to senior leadership.
  • Drive strategic planning for market expansion and key client penetration.

Sales Execution & Key Account Management

  • Own and drive the full sales cyclefrom lead generation to deal closurewith a strong focus on FSI clients.
  • Build, manage, and grow strategic accounts, including banks, fintechs, payment platforms, and other financial institutions.
  • Deliver customized SaaS and AI-driven solutions aligned with client needs.
  • Partner with internal stakeholders including Product, Marketing, and Delivery teams to ensure value delivery.

Client Engagement & Business Development

  • Cultivate C-level relationships and lead solution-based consultative selling across risk management, digital identity, and automation.
  • Drive high-value engagements through tailored proposals, presentations, and contract negotiations.
  • Represent the brand in industry events and foster long-term partnerships with clients and ecosystem partners.


Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in enterprise sales, with a solid background in FinTech, Banking, SaaS, or IT Consulting.
  • Demonstrated success in selling to enterprise clients, especially within banking and financial services.
  • Experience leading a high-performing B2B sales team in a matrixed environment.
  • Strong understanding of digital transformation, risk and compliance (eKYC, fraud prevention), and credit systems.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills at all levels.
  • Bachelors degree required; MBA or equivalent is an advantage.
