Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow a portfolio of corporate and institutional clients, ensuring strong, long-term relationships.
  • Conduct in-depth financial analysis and credit evaluation to structure tailored financing and investment solutions.
  • Cross-sell banking products such as corporate loans, cash management, trade finance, treasury solutions, and investment services.
  • Identify new business opportunities and expand the client base by leveraging industry insights and market intelligence.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (Risk, Treasury, Investment, and Credit) to develop and deliver client-focused financial solutions.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and risk management policies while maintaining exceptional service standards.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in institutional or corporate banking, relationship management, and financial structuring.
  • Strong background in credit assessment, financial analysis, and risk management.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of corporate lending, cash management, trade finance, and investment products.
  • Strategic mindset and strong negotiation skills, with a deep understanding of industry trends and market dynamics.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage senior executives and decision-makers.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field; advanced certifications (CFA, CFM, or MBA) are a plus.
