Responsibilities
- Manage and grow a portfolio of corporate and institutional clients, ensuring strong, long-term relationships.
- Conduct in-depth financial analysis and credit evaluation to structure tailored financing and investment solutions.
- Cross-sell banking products such as corporate loans, cash management, trade finance, treasury solutions, and investment services.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand the client base by leveraging industry insights and market intelligence.
- Collaborate with internal teams (Risk, Treasury, Investment, and Credit) to develop and deliver client-focused financial solutions.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and risk management policies while maintaining exceptional service standards.
Requirements
- Proven experience in institutional or corporate banking, relationship management, and financial structuring.
- Strong background in credit assessment, financial analysis, and risk management.
- Comprehensive knowledge of corporate lending, cash management, trade finance, and investment products.
- Strategic mindset and strong negotiation skills, with a deep understanding of industry trends and market dynamics.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage senior executives and decision-makers.
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field; advanced certifications (CFA, CFM, or MBA) are a plus.
