Job Brief

We are seeking highly motivated fresh graduates to join as Implementation Engineers supporting the delivery of Anti-Money Laundering (AML) technology solutions for global banking and financial institutions. This role is ideal for recent graduates passionate about financial technology, with strong technical foundations and a desire to build a career in digital banking solutions.

Responsibilities

Solution Implementation & Support

• Assist in the configuration and deployment of AML solutions for banking clients.
• Provide first-level support during implementation and testing phases.

Database & Technical Development

• Work with PL/SQL, Oracle, MS SQL Server, DB2 and related technologies.
• Support data migration, testing, and integration activities.

Collaboration & Client Engagement

• Work closely with project managers, senior consultants, and client stakeholders.
• Participate in solution demonstrations and training sessions.

Quality & Compliance

• Ensure implementation adheres to technical standards and project timelines.
• Support solution testing, defect analysis, and documentation.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field (fresh graduates encouraged to apply).
• Basic knowledge of PL/SQL, Oracle, MS SQL Server or similar databases.
• Good understanding of Java and general programming principles.
• Strong communication skills in English (written and verbal).
• Knowledge of banking or financial services domain is a plus.
• Eagerness to learn and grow in financial technology implementation.
• Willingness to work onsite in the Philippines.
