Job Brief

We are seeking highly motivated fresh graduates to join as Implementation Engineers supporting the delivery of Core Banking technology solutions for global banking and financial institutions. This role is ideal for recent graduates passionate about financial technology, with strong technical foundations and a desire to build a career in digital banking solutions.

Responsibilities

Implementation and Deployment

• Learn and support implementation activities for Core Banking Systems under the guidance of senior team members.
• Gain exposure to modules like CASA, Term Deposits, Loans, and Payments.
• Assist in system setup, configuration, and basic testing during client deployments.
• Participate in deployment and data verification activities to ensure smooth rollout.

Client Engagement and Support

• Work with the implementation team to understand client requirements and support day-to-day coordination.
• Help document client issues and follow up on resolutions.
• Support senior consultants during user training sessions and post-implementation reviews.
• Learn to handle client queries and provide timely responses under supervision.

Quality Assurance and Testing

• Participate in testing of new releases before deployment in client environments.
• Learn to perform API testing using standard tools (like Postman).
• Validate system outputs and ensure accuracy in reports and transactions.

Documentation and Reporting

• Assist in preparing and maintaining project documentation, test reports, and configuration details.
• Update issue trackers and progress sheets regularly.

Requirements

• Basic knowledge of SQL and databases (Oracle/MySQL).
• Familiarity with MS Excel and data analysis.
• Interest in understanding banking processes and financial systems.
