Job Brief

Atlantis Consulting is partnering with a leading FinTech organization specializing in Core Banking and enterprise technology solutions for banks and financial institutions across APAC. We are seeking a highly driven Mid-Senior Sales Manager with experience in complex solution selling, revenue leadership, and BFSI market development.

This role is responsible for building and scaling a high-performing sales function in the Philippines, driving sustainable revenue and profitability growth, and forging long-term relationships with senior stakeholders across the banking and financial services ecosystem.


Responsibilities

Sales Leadership & Team Development

  • Build, nurture, and manage a competitive, growth-oriented direct and inside sales team
  • Set clear objectives, provide ongoing coaching, and monitor individual and team performance
  • Develop a sales culture focused on accountability, collaboration, and high achievement

Revenue Growth & Sales Strategy

  • Own and manage the full sales lifecycle from prospecting to deal closure
  • Design and implement a scalable sales framework that can be replicated across the organization
  • Define sales quotas, incentive plans, and performance benchmarks to drive consistent results

Market & Client Engagement (BFSI)

  • Lead business development initiatives within the Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance (BFSI) sector
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with C-level executives, including CIOs, CTOs, CISOs, and CXOs
  • Position complex Core Banking and FinTech solutions to address enterprise-level business and technology challenges

Forecasting, Reporting & Performance Management

  • Prepare and present regular sales, revenue, and expense reports
  • Develop realistic sales forecasts and pipeline management strategies
  • Track market trends and competitive activity to inform strategic planning

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Identify sales enablement and support requirements
  • Work closely with marketing to improve inbound lead generation and funnel conversion
  • Align with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless solution delivery and customer satisfaction


Requirements

  • 8–12 years of experience in enterprise or complex solution sales within Technology, FinTech, or Software Services
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth in the BFSI vertical
  • Strong understanding of Core Banking, IT services, and financial technology solutions
  • Experience managing end-to-end sales operations and building scalable sales frameworks
  • Established relationships with senior banking and financial services stakeholders
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to lead and grow a high-performing sales team in a competitive market
  • Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field
  • MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification is an advantage
