Job Brief

We are looking for a results-driven Product Manager with strong experience in fintech compliance and KYC/AML processes. The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including Governance, Tech, and Operations to enhance product flows that balance regulatory requirements with exceptional user experience.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Governance, Tech, and Operations teams to ideate, build, and optimize onboarding related systems and workflows.
• Own and monitor key operational metrics such as KYC pass rates and process efficiency.
• Use data insights, user research, and competitive analysis to guide product decisions and improvements.
• Collaborate with Compliance, Customer Support, and Operations to ensure scalable, compliant, and user-focused product delivery.

Requirements

• Bachelors or Masters degree Computer Science, Engineering and/or Information Technology.
• Proven experience in fintech or digital financial services, managing compliance and AML-related features.
• Familiarity with crypto exchange or fintech app compliance processes.
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with the ability to use data to drive strategic decisions.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate across diverse functions.
