Job Title: Email Executive (B2B / B2C Support)

Role Summary:
Manage incoming business and consumer emails; respond quickly, accurately, and professionally; provide information, resolve queries, and escalate issues when needed.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Read and reply to B2B & B2C emails promptly

  • Understand customer needs, provide correct information or solutions

  • Escalate complex issues to relevant teams

  • Maintain records of email interactions and followups

  • Ensure replies are clear, polite, and aligned with company tone

  • Good organizational skills; able to handle many email threads

  • Comfortable using email clients / CRM tools
