Jr. Recruiter

Responsibilities

• Maintain and develop pipeline of eligible candidates for future open positions
• Conduct interviews via phone or in-person
• Qualify or reject candidates based on interview feedback and resume reviews
• Serve as contact person for questions from candidates
• Meet monthly target related to calls and emails
• Source Candidates from various online Channels (e.g. Social Media, Job portals, etc.)
• Craft Recruitment emails to attract passive candidates
• Monitor key metrics, including time-to-fill, time-to-hire and source of hire
• Participate in Job fairs and host in-house recruitment events

Qualifications

• Proven work experience as an HR Recruiter
• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and resume databases
• Experience with sourcing techniques from multiple platform.
• Understanding of referral programs
• Solid verbal and written communication skills
• Sound judgement

Qualification: Graduate/Undergraduate

Experience: 2yrs in recruitment
