Key Responsibilities:
Promote and sell Haj & Umrah packages to individual customers through various channels (walk-ins, calls, emails, social media).

Understand customer needs and recommend suitable packages based on preferences, budget, and requirements.

Handle client inquiries, provide detailed package information, and ensure timely follow-up.

Assist customers with documentation, visa processing, ticketing, and other travel-related requirements.

Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients by delivering excellent customer service.

Coordinate with operations and back-office teams to ensure smooth execution of bookings.

Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as set by management.

Keep updated with product knowledge, airline fares, visa rules, and travel guidelines for Haj & Umrah.

Address customer complaints and resolve issues promptly to maintain satisfaction and trust.

Participate in marketing activities, roadshows, and promotional campaigns for Haj & Umrah sales.
