🎯 Role Summary
As a Marketing Strategist, you will lead the planning and execution of integrated marketing initiatives across all channels—digital, social, content, offline, and events. You’ll be at the heart of shaping our brand voice, growing customer engagement, and driving measurable results.
âś… Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the annual marketing strategy, ensuring alignment with overall business goals
- Lead multi-channel marketing campaigns including brand launches, promotions, and on-ground events
- Oversee and mentor a cross-functional team—designers, video editors, SEO/PPC executives, and interns
- Monitor campaign performance (traffic, lead quality, ROI), generate insights, and optimize for impact
- Manage and optimize marketing budgets across paid, owned, and earned media
- Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Operations to ensure market-readiness of all campaigns
- Uphold the Atlas brand voice and storytelling style across all touchpoints
- Explore and scale new growth opportunities—including influencer collaborations, partnerships, and new markets
đź’ˇ What You Bring
- 3–4 years of experience in marketing strategy and execution (travel/tourism/consumer services preferred)
- Proven track record in managing multi-channel campaigns with measurable success
- 2+ years of team leadership experience is a strong advantage
- Proficiency in Google Analytics, marketing automation tools, and performance tracking
- Hands-on expertise in SEO, PPC, social media, email marketing, and offline campaign execution
- Strong project management, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills
- A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (MBA preferred)
- A creative, solution-oriented mindset with a passion for storytelling and brand building
