Job Title Branch Manager Atlas Tours & Travels
Eligibility
6 to 8 years of proven experience in sales, business development or operations in travel industry
Post Graduate / Graduate in tourism studies / similar preferred
Responsibilities
Manage the Sales, Operations and overall functionality of Branch.
Attend to enquiries (call/email/walk-in/digital media) and work towards converting them into bookings
Identify and follow up with existing and potential guests, corporates and travel agents to enhance bookings of the branch.
Achieve monthly sales target of the branch (GIT, FIT, MICE, B2B,B2C,Visa, Flight, Umrah & Forex)
Monitor targets on daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly basis and take necessary action for to increase bookings.
Identify and evaluate market segments in and around the branch for direct marketing of Atlas products and services
Represent the company and generate business from various sources such as local corporates, sme clients, private companies, retail/walk-in customers, associations and Travel agents.
Create and maintain rapport with loyal guests of Bhopal (leisure and business), personnel in business potential organizations, travel agencies, hotels, airlines, tourism boards, VFS, consulate and embassy.
Be updated about campaigns, products, strategies, services related information and all happenings of Atlas Tours & Travels
Be updated about local competition, new products, airline, visa information and share with concerned departments on a timely basis.
Produce and maintain necessary reports and MIS as directed by the Management and other stakeholders
Pay keen attention to decorum, upkeep and ambiance of the office.
Ensure that Guests experience Atlas culture and hospitality at every point of their interaction.
Closely coordinate with Head-office, reporting Managers and various department heads to stay updated on new strategies, product updates and developments.
