About the job Visa Executive (Singapore)
Manage the entire Visa process for Singapore via agents (both Maharashtra & Outstation), ensuring timely submission, collection, and follow-ups. Act as a one window interface for agent coordination and internal updates.
Key Responsibilities

Handle B2B agents (Maharashtra & Outstation) for Singapore visa applications: send requirements, follow up on pending submissions

Provide timely updates (to agents & frontstaff) about document submission and collection status

Input realtime data in the AVS (or internal tracking system) regarding submission, collection, and reference numbers

Maintain One Window process: single point of contact for all Singapore visa application steps

Create & process CRs (Customer Requests), Billing, Voucher clearances
Required Skills & Qualifications

Good communication over email / phone; able to coordinate with agents & internal staff efficiently

Strong follow-up skills; attention to detail in tracking documents & statuses

Familiarity with data entry / tracking tools or internal systems (e.g., AVS or equivalents)

Basic understanding of visa documentation and processes for Singapore

Organized, ability to manage multiple cases concurrently
