Role Summary:
Lead and mentor the visa operations team (agents & executives) handling Singapore visa cases, ensuring efficient process flow, high accuracy, and excellent agent performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Train, coach, and support B2B agents (both local & outstation) on Singapore visa requirements & processes

  • Monitor document submission, followups, and ensure timely collections

  • Ensure all updates (submission, collection, reference numbers) are entered realtime into tracking system (e.g., AVS)

  • Oversee Billing, Voucher Clearances, and relevant admin (CRs etc.)

  • Maintain quality standards: accuracy, SLA adherence, customer (agent) satisfaction

Required Skills & Qualities:

  • Strong leadership and coaching ability

  • Deep understanding of Singapore visa process/documentation

  • Excellent communication skills (verbal & written)

  • Organized, detailoriented, able to manage multiple agents/projects

  • Ability to work under deadlines and ensure high accuracy
