About the job Team Coach- Singapore Visa
Role Summary:
Lead and mentor the visa operations team (agents & executives) handling Singapore visa cases, ensuring efficient process flow, high accuracy, and excellent agent performance.
Key Responsibilities:

Train, coach, and support B2B agents (both local & outstation) on Singapore visa requirements & processes

Monitor document submission, followups, and ensure timely collections

Ensure all updates (submission, collection, reference numbers) are entered realtime into tracking system (e.g., AVS)

Oversee Billing, Voucher Clearances, and relevant admin (CRs etc.)

Maintain quality standards: accuracy, SLA adherence, customer (agent) satisfaction
Required Skills & Qualities:

Strong leadership and coaching ability

Deep understanding of Singapore visa process/documentation

Excellent communication skills (verbal & written)

Organized, detailoriented, able to manage multiple agents/projects
