Accountant

Job Title: Accountant – CNC Machining Shop

Location: Irvine, CA

Job Type: Full-Time

Shift: 8:30AM to 5:30PM

Global leading manufacturer specializing in Electric and Hydraulic

products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable and
• receivable
• Prepare and maintain financial records and reports
• Handle payroll processing and employee expense tracking
• Assist with monthly and year-end closing
• Perform cost accounting related to production and inventory
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
• Coordinate with external auditors and tax advisors

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• 3+ years of accounting experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment
• Experience at a start up strongly preferred
• Familiarity with cost accounting, inventory control, and ERP systems
• Proficiency in QuickBooks, Microsoft Excel, or similar tools
• Ability to speak Mandarin preferred (headquarters in Taiwan)
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
