Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic business development plans to identify, target, and secure new business opportunities aligned with the company's goals.
  • Utilize your exceptional email communication skills to initiate and nurture connections with potential clients, crafting compelling and engaging outreach campaigns.
  • Leverage your proven cold calling expertise to establish meaningful conversations with prospects, uncover their needs, and effectively communicate how our solutions can address their challenges.
  • Harness the power of LinkedIn and LinkedIn Sales Navigator to identify and engage key decision-makers within target industries, building and maintaining a strong professional network.
  • Source and qualify leads through a combination of research, market analysis, networking, and data sourcing to ensure a consistent flow of potential clients.
  • Take ownership of end-to-end appointment setting, coordinating and scheduling meetings between prospects and the sales team.
  • Collaborate closely with marketing teams to align business development efforts with lead generation strategies and campaigns.
  • Maintain accurate records of prospect interactions and sales activities using our CRM system.
  • Stay current with industry trends, market developments, and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities.
  • Regularly report on key performance metrics, providing insights into the effectiveness of business development strategies.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Proven track record in business development, showcasing skills in email outreach, cold calling, LinkedIn engagement, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, leads sourcing, and appointment setting.
