Role Overview

Were seeking a skilled Power BI Developer to join our technology team and support business intelligence initiatives. Reporting directly to the SVP of IT, youll be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining impactful dashboards and reports that empower data-driven decisions across the organization.

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain interactive dashboards, visualizations, and reports using Power BI

  • Translate business needs into efficient and scalable BI solutions

  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to gather data requirements and deliver actionable insights

  • Integrate and transform data from various sources (e.g., SQL, Excel, ERP systems)

  • Ensure data accuracy, performance optimization, and timely delivery of reports

  • Support ad hoc data analysis and reporting requests

  • Document solutions and maintain data model standards

  • Leverage Power BI to build analytics solutions that support and enhance PowerApps integrations

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of hands-on Power BI development experience (including DAX, Power Query)

  • Proficient in SQL and relational database concepts

  • Solid understanding of data modeling and visualization best practices

  • Exposure to building analytics and reporting components for PowerApps

  • Strong communication and analytical skills

  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities

  • Experience working with ERP or supply chain-related datasets is a plus
