The Role

We're looking for someone who's equal parts people-person and closer. You'll be the first point of contact for anyone who walks through our doors — handling everything from membership sales to daily front desk operations. If you love fitness, enjoy talking to people, and know how to seal the deal without being pushy, this one's for you.

Responsibilities

• Welcome walk-ins, handle inquiries, and convert them into members
• Conduct gym tours and present membership packages confidently
• Manage check-ins, scheduling, and front desk communications
• Process payments and keep membership records accurate and up to date
• Follow up on leads, renewals, and inactive members
• Coordinate day-to-day with coaches and management
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front desk area

Requirements

• Prior experience in sales within the fitness, wellness, or sports industry is a strong advantage
  Excellent communication skills — warm, confident, and clear
• Has a sales drive but knows how to read the room
• Detail-oriented and able to juggle multiple tasks without dropping the ball
• Comfortable with basic tech tools (Google Sheets, email, chat apps)
• Background in sales, customer service, or fitness is an advantage
• Open to shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays
