AI Integration Developer (OpenAI + Google Cloud) | Part-Time | Project-Based

Role Overview
We're hiring an AI Integration Developer to complete a Google Cloud–based solution that leverages the OpenAI API (ChatGPT) to extract text from handwritten forms (images) and convert it into structured JSON for integration into NetSuite.

Key Responsibilities

• Finalize and optimize an AI pipeline for handwritten form JSON conversion
• Work with Google Cloud (Cloud Functions, Cloud Storage, API Gateway, IAM)
• Integrate and configure OpenAI APIs for image-to-text processing
• Deploy remaining components and ensure end-to-end system stability
• Map and integrate structured JSON output into NetSuite or similar backend

Requirements

• Strong experience with Google Cloud (Cloud Functions, Cloud Storage, API Gateway, IAM)
• Proficiency in Python or Node.js
• Experience with OpenAI APIs (text and/or image processing)
• Solid JSON structuring and data mapping skills
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, project-based setup

Preferred Skills

• OCR or handwriting recognition experience
• ERP integration experience (e.g., NetSuite)
• Experience with Google Cloud services such as Vertex AI and BigQuery

• Timezone: Partial overlap with Eastern Time required
