About the Role
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive consultant to provide direct support to one of the client's practice leaders. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, excels at building processes from the ground up, and is comfortable wearing multiple hats across process improvement, template creation, and general operational support.
The position is not customer-facing and focuses solely on internal support. It may grow into a broader operations role, depending on performance and evolving business needs.
Key Responsibilities

Collaborate closely with the Practice Leader to build and document internal processes and workflows

Develop templates, SOPs, trackers, and internal documentation using Microsoft tools

Assist with project coordination, follow-ups, and task tracking to support strategic initiatives

Use tools like Microsoft Visio or Lucidchart for process mapping and visualization

Prepare internal reports or summaries as needed

Maintain confidentiality while working with sensitive company information

Identify and implement improvements to streamline operations

Support ad hoc administrative and operational tasks
Preferred Qualifications

Proven experience in process building, operations, executive assistance, or project coordination

Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)

Familiarity with Visio or Lucidchart for workflow design

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision

Prior exposure to or interest in AI tools is a plus and may open the door to expanded responsibilities
