Role Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented NetSuite Consultant. In this role, you will bridge the gap between business needs and technical capabilities by analyzing client requirements, mapping them to NetSuite functionalities, and managing data migration. You will collaborate closely with technical teams and Project Managers to deliver customized solutions on time and within budget, will drive customer adoption through comprehensive training and provide ongoing post-go-live support to ensure long-term client success.
What Youll Be Doing:
- Engage with customers to thoroughly document and validate their business requirements.
- Map these requirements to NetSuite functionalities, ensuring a comprehensive understanding.
- Analyze diverse data factors to address complex business challenges.
- Utilize strong analytical and problem-solving skills to propose effective solutions.
- Customize the NetSuite application to align with specific customer business requirements.
- Work closely with technical teams to design and test customizations tailored to different domains.
- Conduct walkthrough sessions to train customers effectively on NetSuite usage.
- Collaborate with technical teams, Project Managers, and colleagues to ensure timely and on-budget project delivery.
- Provide post Go-Live support, addressing day-to-day concerns in specialized areas.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and successful implementation outcomes.
- Manage data migration tasks, ensuring seamless transitions during implementations.
- Handle data migration tasks to ensure a smooth transition during the implementation phase.
What Youll Need:
- 3+ years of proven experience as a NetSuite Functional Consultant.
- Expertise in configuring and customizing the NetSuite application.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for addressing diverse business challenges.
- Experience conducting customer training sessions and providing ongoing support in specialized areas.
- Proficient in data migration tasks and post Go-Live support activities.
- Exceptional communication and collaboration skills.
