Job Title: Technical Recruiter (Project-Based) ASAP
Duration: 3 Months (Contract)
Schedule: 9:00 AM 6:00 PM (Remote)
About the Role:
We are looking for a highly experienced IT Recruiter to join us on a project basis. The ideal candidate has a strong background in offshoring, B2B, and outsourcing recruitment, with proven success in hardcore active sourcing and closing niche technical roles. This is a fast-paced, client-facing role that requires someone who can plug-and-play, manage external stakeholders effectively, and deliver quality hires within tight timelines.
Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end recruitment for IT and technical roles across multiple functions.
- Actively source and engage candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, networks, and headhunting.
- Manage external client relationships, ensuring clear communication and alignment on hiring needs.
- Screen, interview, and evaluate candidates for technical and cultural fit.
- Maintain a strong candidate pipeline and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
- Ensure a seamless recruitment process and excellent candidate experience.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an IT Recruiter in offshoring, B2B, or outsourcing setups.
- Strong track record in active sourcing and headhunting for technical talent.
- Excellent stakeholder and client management skills.
- Ability to work independently and hit the ground running.
- Strong communication, organizational, and negotiation skills.
- Availability to work full-time, remotely, from 9:00 AM 6:00 PM.
- MUST be amenable to start ASAP
