NetSuite Functional Consultant

Role Overview: As a NetSuite Functional Consultant you will be a key member of the team involved with a combination of the following, for a variety of different customers:

• Full Project Lifecycle
• Optimisation
• Supporting customers post go live with supporting queries

For all project related activity the consultant will report to the Project Manager to ensure the delivery team are aware of any issues and kept informed at all times, whilst working collaboratively.

Responsibilities:

• Working directly with customers to document and validate business requirements and map them to NetSuite Leading Practices
• Implementing the solution in the NetSuite environment to meet defined and agreed business requirements
• Providing guidance and support for the customers data migration
• Leading sessions/meetings with customers (either on phone or in person/on site) as appropriate. These sessions could be:
  • Requirement gathering
  • Walkthrough of solutions
  • Training
  • UAT and Go Live support
  • Other customer meetings

• Leading / assisting with short term optimisation projects
• Supporting customers in post go live by assisting the support team
• Ensuring that all documentation is shared in a central project/customer repository
• Reporting to the delivery team on the progress/status on the requested tasks
• Ensuring skills are kept up to date and will either gain/maintain NetSuite accreditations.
• Ensuring that all timesheets and administration tasks are completed as part of the project work.
