Netsuite Functional Consultant - Non Profit (Project Based)

Position Overview:

We are looking for a dedicated NetSuite Functional Consultant who will be responsible for implementing

and optimizing NetSuite solutions for our nonprofit clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong

background in finance, coupled with hands-on experience working with NetSuite in nonprofit

environments. They will collaborate closely with clients to understand their unique requirements and

translate them into effective NetSuite configurations.

Responsibilities:

Collaborate with nonprofit clients to assess their business processes and requirements.

Design and implement NetSuite solutions tailored to the needs of nonprofit organizations, with a

focus on finance and accounting modules.

Configure NetSuite modules such as General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable,

and Grant Management to meet client needs.

Conduct system testing and provide user training and support during implementation phases.

Provide ongoing support and maintenance for NetSuite implementations, including

troubleshooting issues and optimizing system performance.

Stay informed about NetSuite updates and best practices in the nonprofit sector to continuously

improve solutions and services.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.

Minimum of 3 years of experience as a NetSuite Functional Consultant, with a focus on nonprofit

organizations.

Strong understanding of nonprofit finance principles, regulations, and reporting requirements.

Hands-on experience with NetSuite implementation, configuration, and customization, including

SuitePeople.

Proven ability to deliver compelling presentations and effectively sell NetSuite solutions to end

users.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with

clients and team members.

Certified NetSuite Consultant (preferred).

Experience working with nonprofit clients is highly desirable.
