Job Title: NetSuite Developer

Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and self-driven NetSuite Developer to join a lean, agile technical team. This role will primarily focus on backend development using SuiteScript, supporting integrations, customizations, and ongoing system improvements within the NetSuite environment. The ideal candidate is proactive, collaborative, and eager to grow within a fast-paced, boutique firm.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design develop and maintaincustom NetSuite solutions using  SuiteScript 1.0 and 2.0.
• Support third-party integrations (e.g., Shopify, SuiteCommerce Advanced, custom APIs, SFTP).
• Collaborate with functional consultants and technical teams during daily stand-ups to manage task assignments and ensure alignment with client needs.
• Participate in technical client calls as needed, especially for integration and system architecture discussions.
• Customize workflows, forms, approval processes, and SuiteFlow automation.
• Conduct GAP analysis to identify and bridge system or process deficiencies.
• Utilize NetSuite data migration tools and analytics/reporting capabilities.
• Support OneWorld implementations and other system enhancement initiatives.
• Maintain clear communication, manage personal workload, and thrive in a non-micromanaged, flexible work environment.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Proficient in SuiteScript 1.0 and 2.0 (expert level).

• Strong understanding of NetSuite platform capabilities and customizations.

• Hands-on experience with SuiteFlow, web services, and API integrations.

• Solid programming background in JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.

• Familiarity with NetSuite data migration tools and reporting frameworks.
• Experience in OneWorld implementation and SuiteCommerce environments is a plus.

• Ability to work independently and align with EST time zone schedules.

• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
