Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales and Marketing Director to lead our sales and marketing efforts and drive growth for our Company. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales and marketing leadership roles, with a deep understanding of the digital publishing industry and the ability to develop and execute strategic sales and marketing initiatives.


Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive sales and marketing strategies to drive revenue growth and market expansion.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including partnerships, strategic alliances, and new market segments.
  • Develop and execute marketing campaigns to promote client's products and services, including digital advertising, content marketing, email marketing, and social media.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders in the digital publishing industry.
  • Lead and mentor a team of sales and marketing professionals, providing guidance, support, and motivation to achieve sales targets and objectives.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business administration, Marketing, or equivalent experience (Master's degree preferred).
  • Proven track record of success in sales and marketing leadership roles, with at least 6 years of experience in the digital marketing and publishing industry.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and implement innovative sales and marketing strategies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients, partners, and colleagues.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce).
  • Flexibility to travel up to 25% to support conferences and trade shows
