Product & Data Support Assistant

About the Role

Atticus is seeking a detail-oriented, proactive Product & Data Support Assistant with experience in ecommerce and product information management. This role will support our efforts in maintaining, improving, and distributing high-quality product data across our network of franchise stores and online platforms.

The ideal candidate will be comfortable handling large volumes of product data, liaising with both internal and external stakeholders, and taking initiative to fill in gaps with minimal supervision. This is a vital support role within the business, ensuring that accurate, compelling, and consistent product information is available wherever its needed online, in-store, and in marketing campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

  • Clean, format, and enrich product data including titles, descriptions, imagery, and pricing
  • Work with the marketing team to improve and enhance product content for campaigns and online visibility
  • Load and maintain new product data into Shopify & PIM from multiple suppliers
  • Proactively follow up with suppliers to gather missing product information and resolve inconsistencies
  • Liaise with the technology team to improve systems and processes for product data collection and dissemination
  • Assist in the creation and scheduling of product campaigns in our ecommerce platforms
  • Provide accurate and timely product data to franchise stores for their Point of Sale systems
  • Identify opportunities to streamline product onboarding and ensure consistency across platforms

Key Skills & Experience

  • Prior experience in ecommerce, product data management or virtual assistant roles
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience working with Shopify (or similar ecommerce platforms)
  • Comfortable working with spreadsheets, CSVs, and large datasets
  • Ability to manage time, prioritize tasks, and work independently
  • Familiarity with retail or B2B supplier relationships is a plus
  • Familiarity with apparel, footwear and/or safety workwear will be HIGHLY regarded

Desirable

  • Experience with PIM (Product Information Management) systems
  • Understanding of SEO best practices for product data
  • Previous experience working with franchise or multi-store businesses
