Job Responsibilities

Describe the job role and the day to day tasks involved. Paid Media this will be 50% of the role and includes full management of multiple digital advertising accounts for the agency clients: Planning and advice, ad account setup, ad campaign setup (including creating ads using supplied draft content and references), tracking and measurement setup and ongoing management, optimisation and reporting.

This will include advertising across mainly Facebook, Instagram, Google Ads, YouTube also TikTok, LinkedIn and programmatic platforms like Adroll. You must possess advanced skills and experience using the business manager platforms of these ad channels including ecommerce.

Measurement and Reporting setup of paid media analytics tools and Google G4 analytics tools to track performance and conversions and measure success of campaigns. Prepare results reports and commentary using agency dashboard tool Agency Analytics.

Creative Content support The agency has a graphic designer and copywriter and using draft creative content you will be required to format and resize images/video/copy to be ready for advertising placements. You will be required to write Google ads and basic copy for Facebook ads using the client's website as a reference.

Email and CRM Marketing - using a range of emails tools including Active Campaign, Mailchimp, Klavio, Hubspot to setup email marketing campaigns, automations and pop-ups using supplied content. Test, monitor and reports on email campaigns monthly.

Website updates The agency has a web developer though you will be required to do basic content updates to Wordpress and Shopify websites.

Lead generation supporting the setup and optimization of lead generation activities through web landing pages, paid media and email marketing.

Project Management you must be organized and you will be required to use the agency project management system to track your hours and tasks. And provide regular updates on activities and performance.

Qualifications

Describe the qualifications the staff must have in terms of skills and capabilities Tertiary Qualification university graduate in business field or other related field.

Google Adwords Certification preferred not essential

Facebook/Insta Ads Certification preferred not essential

G4 and GTM certification preferred not essential

Competencies/Personality Traits Proactive with advice on how to improve paid media and digital marketing activities.

Attention to detail particularly when it comes to paid media accounts.

Fluent English written and verbal communication critical for the role.

Technically minded must be skilled and proficient with digital marketing tools and systems and always learning new things.

Business minded must understand the goals of a client business and be focused on generating leads for them.

Efficient with a sense of urgency we work fast with multiple competing priorities.

Curious keeping at the forefront of new technology and digital trends in this forever changing channel.

Prior Experience

Describe the prior working experience a candidate should have. At least 5 years experience working for a marketing, digital or advertising agencies across multiple paid media clients and accounts. Experience must be hands on and must have been the senior lead on the program, not just a support role.
