Project Manager/ Vertical Lead

Job Description: Atticus Advisory Solutions Inc is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project Manager/ Vertical Lead to join our dynamic team in Manila, Metro Manila, Philippines. As a Project Manager/ Vertical Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing projects within a specific vertical of our business. You will work closely with our clients and internal teams to ensure the successful delivery of projects on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Key Responsibilities: - Serve as the primary point of contact for clients within your assigned vertical, building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders - Lead project planning, execution, monitoring, and control activities to ensure project objectives are met - Develop and maintain project timelines, budgets, and resource plans - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies - Communicate project status, progress, and issues to stakeholders, providing regular updates and managing expectations - Conduct regular project status meetings with team members to ensure alignment and progress towards project goals - Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement best practices to increase efficiency and quality of project delivery - Mentor and provide guidance to team members, promoting a culture of continuous learning and development - Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members - Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as industry standards and regulations Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field - Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, preferably within a consulting or professional services environment - Proven track record of successfully managing projects from initiation to completion, within budget and on schedule - Strong leadership skills and the ability to effectively manage and motivate cross-functional teams - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and team members - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and address project risks and issues - PMP certification or other relevant project management certifications are preferred - Experience in a specific vertical, such as finance, technology, or healthcare, is a plus - Willingness to travel, as needed, to client sites within the Philippines and potentially internationally.
