NetSuite Consulting Analyst(NOAM)

Qualifications

• Excellent knowledge of NetSuite General Business vertical

• At least 3+ years of hands-on NetSuite consulting experience

• Experience with full life-cycle implementations is preferred

• Strong understanding of business processes across all functional areas

• Process-oriented; enjoys mapping and improving workflows

• Passionate about analyzing and solving complex problems

• Ability to lead, mentor, and coach team members as needed, and drive projects to successful completion

• Excellent communication skills with a proactive approach

• Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, Engineering, or Information Systems

• CPA certification is a plus

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and translate requirements into effective NetSuite solutions in partnership with the stateside consulting team

• Identify and recommend system enhancements to optimize business operations

• Document business requirements and functional specifications

• Configure and support various NetSuite modules using advanced features and best practices

• Work with consultants and project managers to deliver high-quality solutions on time and within scope

• Assist with third-party application integrations

• Partner with the technical/development team to design and build tailored solutions

• Conduct system testing to ensure accurate and reliable functionality

• Manage data imports and validate results through reconciliation and tie-outs

• Prepare and deliver functional documentation for custom processes

• Provide user training and documentation for new and existing team members

• Troubleshoot and support NetSuite applications, driving issues to full resolution
